Welcome Mat
For our Future is the Regional Forestry Collaborative Leadership Program for mid-level managers, delivered by Forest and Wood Products Australia in partnership with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, with a goal of equipping future leaders with industry-leading skills and knowledge.
In 2018, thirteen leaders from WA participated in the inaugural program.
FIFWA worked together with the group to realise their Welcome Mat project, which aims to promote the timber industry by empowering existing members of the industry.
